How much do I save?
You’ll receive 5% off every subscription delivery. New subscribers can also receive 20% off their first order when they subscribe and create an account.
How often can I have my hay delivered?
You choose the delivery schedule that works best for you. Select your preferred frequency when you subscribe, and you can adjust it later if your hay needs change.
Can I change my delivery schedule?
Absolutely. You’re in control of your subscription. You can update your delivery frequency whenever you need to make sure you’re getting hay at the right time for your household.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes. If you have more hay than you need, simply skip your next delivery. Your subscription will continue with your following scheduled delivery.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. There’s no long-term commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
When will my subscription charge?
Your payment method will be charged when your subscription order is processed for shipment. You’ll receive your order according to the delivery schedule you selected.
What if I need more hay sooner?
You can adjust your next delivery if you need hay sooner. You can also update your subscription schedule to better match how quickly your small animal goes through hay.
How much hay comes with each delivery?
Each subscription delivery includes two 6-lb bags of Premium Timothy Hay, for a total of 12 lbs. We package it this way so you can keep one bag in use while keeping the other fresh and ready to go.
